The Team & The Role
Join the Creative Production Innovation Management team within our broader Product Discovery & Promotion division. This team serves as the backbone of application managers responsible for driving complex projects across arenaflex and our partner groups. We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager with proven expertise in managing complex cross-functional initiatives for technology platforms.
As a Program Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for shaping and executing innovation programs that introduce new storytelling experiences to our members worldwide. You will serve as a thought partner to key stakeholders and will excel in driving early-stage projects from strategy through to flawless execution. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with multiple departments to bring innovative ideas to life.
What You'll Do
In this position, you will:
- Lead Complex Programs: Drive innovation-focused initiatives that are highly technical and cross-functional in nature, managing projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct Feasibility Assessments: Evaluate the stage-of-effort for conceptual features and designs to ensure we deliver high-quality functions on time and within budget constraints.
- Shape Product Innovation: Act as a thought partner to leadership teams to transform early-level product innovation opportunities into concrete, executable programs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers: Partner with Product Managers on projects within their innovation roadmaps and advocate for teams by proactively consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle on product features, assessments, and designs.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Creative teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and delivery of highly technical initiatives.
- Identify Opportunities: Be responsible for identifying extensive trends and opportunities across your portfolio of programs that have the potential to drive greater impact and/or performance improvements.
- Manage Resources & Milestones: Control, plan, and track assets, milestones, deliverables, and communications throughout the execution of simultaneous programs.
- Anticipate Future Needs: Expect and plan for future needs and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and software deliverables.
