Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-focused Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Content Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, maintaining, and verifying data related to our extensive streaming content library. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our content database. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately enter and update information related to streaming content, including titles, descriptions, plot summaries, cast and crew information, genres, categories, release dates, runtime, and content ratings. Ensure all data is formatted consistently according to our established guidelines and standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all data entries to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information. Review content metadata to ensure completeness and accuracy across all platforms and devices.
- Content Verification: Verify that content information matches official sources, including production studios, distributors, and licensing agreements. Cross-reference multiple data sources to maintain the highest level of accuracy.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members, content managers, and other departments to coordinate data entry projects and meet deadlines. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner. Document issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences. Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current with arenaflex content releases, new additions to the streaming library, and platform updates. Understand the categorization and tagging systems used to organize content for optimal viewer discovery.
