**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* 5-7 years of experience in customer service roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Previous sales support experience with direct customer contact, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures

* Computer savvy, with experience using software applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP

* Experience working in the aeronautical field or a related industry
* Previous experience with Pentagon programs or similar government contracts
