**Responsibilities:**
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet our high standards of customer service.
* Provide detailed information about our automotive dealer clients' products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of their options.
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients.
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers.
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our clients' sales and marketing strategies.
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by our clients, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the automotive industry.
**Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to learn and grow.
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, as well as a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
* A positive and professional demeanor is crucial, as is excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Gaming experience is helpful, but not required. We're looking for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can think on their feet.
* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
