We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our clients through a variety of channels. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling incoming calls from new and existing clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services, as well as resolving customer complaints and concerns
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call types, customer feedback, and follow-up actions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions
* Meeting and exceeding customer service standards, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise emails, reports, and other documents
* Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
* A clear and professional speaking voice, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
* Experience with SAP or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
* Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus
* Ability to navigate information systems and internet
* Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
* Ability to connect hardwire/ethernet, with no hotspots/WiFi
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Medical-related background, including medical billing, claims experience, or in-office experience in a medical setting
* Insurance experience
* Previous experience in the optical industry
* SAP experience
* Bilingual French speaking skills
