You'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle incoming calls from new and existing business clients regarding a variety of requests * Process orders and provide support to customers in a timely and professional manner * Correctly document customer interactions and track call types * Maintain support service levels and uphold Customer Service standards * Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability * Take inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift * Perform all other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center experience * Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus * Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills * A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations * Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently * Strong PC skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel * SAP experience is a plus * Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus * Ability to navigate information systems and internet * Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual French speaking skills * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
