Our unique culture is built on a foundation of people-focused values, and we're seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Chat Senior Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and advocacy for our customers' health and wellness. You'll work closely with customers and healthcare providers to understand our business and provide seamless support for multiple lines of business.
