As a remote work opportunity, this role offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and fast-paced team. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Customer Support Account Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Collaborating with CSAMs on Record Management with a focus on execution * Building and maintaining successful working relationships with CSAMs, Channel affiliate Partners, and internal teams * Attending standard calls and record audits with Affiliate Partners * Managing the execution of the Request Stream Cycle with Affiliate Partners, from Request Booking through delivery, to ensure optimal customer satisfaction levels are achieved * Owning post-bill, backend business health metrics, and KPIs * Focusing on responsibility, handling multiple and often competing tasks, and meeting time constraints for various expectations * Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities within Affiliate Tasks * Utilizing data and analysis to inform decisions and influence others * Working in a fast-paced environment, rapidly adapting to changing business requirements, and quickly understanding complex business processes * Mastering SAP and Success, with the ability to collect reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis * Recognizing patterns and underlying drivers/sub-drivers, and providing input to management to improve processes that will enhance internal and external customer experiences * Thinking creatively and influencing with data-driven models; ability to change the thinking of, or gain recognition from, others in sensitive situations * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to the relevant audience * Being thorough and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team * Maintaining a balance and positive outlook in a challenging, fast-paced, and quickly changing environment * Excellent presentation skills * Ability to represent arenaflex remotely at client discussions with exceptional skill **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, or Engineering, or equivalent experience in Tasks/Supply Chain or more * 1-3 years of experience in Tasks or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business requirements * Proficiency in SAP and Success, with the ability to collect reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis * Experience with data analysis and interpretation **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Knowledge of business processes and operations * Experience with process improvement and implementation * Strong presentation and influencing skills * Ability to work in a remote environment and adapt to changing business requirements **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As a Customer Support Account Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to: * Develop your skills and expertise in Tasks and customer support * Collaborate with a dynamic and fast-paced team to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement changes to enhance internal and external customer experiences * Work in a remote environment, with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.
