We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Passenger Care Agent to join our team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of extension. As a Customer Service Passenger Care Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our passengers via web form responses, investigating card activity, and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers via web form responses, ensuring timely and professional communication
* Investigate customer requests, resolving issues and responding to inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
* Review card activity, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
* Work closely with the Customer Service team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in Account Management, financial, Call Center, Customer Service, or a related field
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in word processing and calendaring
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with ORCA or similar systems
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex customer issues
* Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
