Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling billing inquiries, account questions, and other customer concerns in a timely and professional manner * Working through a ticketing system to efficiently manage and resolve customer issues * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns * Providing onboarding support to new customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services **Required Skills & Experience** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fiber/wireless/voice internet service provider support environment * Prior experience working through a ticketing system, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software * A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams **Nice to Have Skills & Experience** While not required, the following skills and experience would be a plus: * Bilingual – Spanish * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Knowledge of fiber internet technology and broadband industry trends * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues **Work Environment & Company Culture** As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, with a mix of on-site and remote work. The first 3 weeks of training will require mandatory on-site attendance, with hotel accommodations provided.
