**Job Summary:**
As a Senior Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing projects that improve service performance and engagement with customers. You'll develop and implement quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives, utilizing advanced business analysis skills and database tools to drive innovative and quality results. Your expertise will be sought after by cross-functional teams, and you'll maintain positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage projects related to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers, including design and implementation of new solutions and issue resolution
* Develop and implement quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives
* Utilize advanced business analysis skills, database tools, and generated data to improve techniques that drive innovative and quality, customer-centric results and forecasting
* Proactively develop recommendations for arenaflex/customer opportunities and internal processes within cross-departmental projects
* Maintain positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts, including presentation of analytical results and solution recommendations to stakeholders on a regular cadence
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Four (4) years of work experience in external customer problem resolution
* Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Directly related experience may offset degree requirements
* Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master Export Specialist (MES) – Customs Broker License
* Quality improvement certification and/or experience such as QDM, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, or related
* Coordination of air and ocean shipments – including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking
* Customs import controls and clearance experience
* Certified Export Specialist (CES)
* Certified Customs Specialist (CCS)

**Compensation and Benefits:**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
* U.S. Pay Range: $5,364.26/month - $9,476.86/month

**Additional Details:**
This position may be located anywhere within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a arenaflex Campus location several times per week.
