We're currently seeking a talented Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our virtual team, supporting customers based in Sweden from the comfort of your home office in the Netherlands. What You'll Do as a Customer Service Associate
As an arenaflex Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued Swedish customers, representing our brand with every interaction. Your mission is clear: prevent issues before they arise, solve queries efficiently, and turn every customer interaction into a positive experience that builds lasting loyalty.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Multi-Channel Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email, addressing a wide range of concerns from order status and product information to payment matters and website navigation assistance.
- Problem Resolution: Research, analyze, and resolve customer issues using various internal tools and resources, ensuring accurate and timely solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of our product catalog, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and guidance.
- Customer Relationship Building: Create positive customer experiences by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.
- Documentation & Feedback: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and provide constructive feedback to help improve our processes and products.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new products, policies, and best practices.
Work Schedule & Flexibility
We understand that great work requires balance, which is why we've designed a schedule that respects your personal life while meeting our customers' needs. This role requires flexibility to work variable hours that match when our customers need us most.
Schedule Details:
- Minimum 40 hours per week (5 x 8-hour shifts)
- Operating hours: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday
- Rotating shifts including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
- Compensated overtime as required
- Potential work on national holidays and Sundays (with appropriate compensation)
- Schedules announced 6 weeks in advance for optimal work-life planning

Basic Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Age Requirement: Minimum 18 years old
- Work Authorization: Have the legal right to work in The Netherlands
- Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) with basic communication skills in English
- Technical Comfort: Demonstrated experience working with computers and various software applications
- Availability: Ability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, weekend shifts, and compensated overtime as required
- Training Commitment: Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (fully paid)
- Home Office Setup: A quiet, distraction-free workspace with dedicated office space including a desk and chair
- Internet Requirements: Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (WiFi is not suitable for this role)
