Position Overview
As an Assistant General Manager at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our center. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless functionality, exceptional customer service, and team excellence. This position offers valuable experience in leadership, operations management, and customer relations, providing a solid foundation for career advancement within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
As an integral part of our management team, you will be responsible for:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the center in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Decision Making: Make real-time decisions to allocate time, resources, and personnel appropriately to meet operational demands and customer needs.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and assign team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care at every touchpoint.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure outstanding customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere.
- Technical Support: Assist with miscellaneous duties including installing hitches, brake controllers, and other equipment as needed.
