Intact Financial Corporation is seeking bilingual Telesolutions Advisors to join their growing team. The role involves calling existing and potential clients to assess their insurance needs and establishing strong relationships to transfer them to certified agents.
Responsibilities
- Appeler des clients existants et potentiels pour sonder leur intérêt à discuter de leurs besoins en assurance, maintenant ou plus tard, avec un agent certifié
- Établir des relations solides avec les clients pour les transférer à des agents certifiés dans les meilleurs délais
- Promouvoir nos produits et services et être un fidèle ambassadeur de la marque
- Prendre part à des projets au sein de votre équipe
Skills
- Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) ou son équivalence
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) obligatoire. Nécessite de faire des appels et de fournir une prestation de services à une clientèle anglophone sur une base régulière
- Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches et priorités dans un environnement souvent rapide
- Excellente aptitude pour la communication et la persuasion
- Esprit d'équipe
- Capacité à s'adapter aux changements dans les produits, les services ou les politiques de l'entreprise
- Dynamique et énergique
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d'avoir l'autorisation de travailler au Canada
