The Associate Program Analyst provides a broad range of business and administrative support services for the government agency.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
Strong working knowledge of correspondence rules, policies and procedures.
Strong working knowledge of the principles and concepts of information governance to control a variety of internal and external correspondence at various stages.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with knowledge and ability to utilize appropriate grammatical skills at a professional level.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management and coworkers, as well as a wide range of people with diverse backgrounds.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Serves as the primary office analyst for program data, including user facilities.
Provides analysis of client’s website and program briefing materials, combining technical content provided by the program managers with program data analysis.
Plans, schedules and conducts projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of work operations, especially with respect to program direction and travel priorities.
Prepares project papers, reports, organizes and delivers briefings to managers to encourage understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.
Analyzes office and workforce trends, makes recommendations for improved operating efficiency, including developing standard operating procedures and best practices documentation.
Develops familiarity with financial assistance and lab funding activities, to evaluate processes and make recommendations for improved office operations.
Provides assistance with special projects related to interagency activities, including developing products for presentation to senior agency staff.
Provides assistance with budget data calls and analysis in relation to budget initiatives.
Provides administrative support for the front office, serving as primary executive assistant to Associate Director.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Associates degree and a minimum of three (3) years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The estimated pay range for this role is $43K to $55K, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
