As an Experienced Medical Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Accounts Receivable department, working closely with payers, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve claims and denials, and facilitate timely adjudication of medical claims. **Job Summary:** We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Medical Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Accounts Receivable department, you'll be responsible for managing medical claims, communicating with payers, and resolving errors and denials. Verify, adjust, and update Accounts Receivable (A/R) records according to correspondence received from insurance companies. • **Interoffice Communication:** Facilitate communication with internal teams to identify and resolve error and denial trends, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient claim processing. • **Credit Balances and Refunds:** Research credit balances and initiate refunds as required, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies. • **Documentation and Reporting:** Document all activity in customer's computer account, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
