Job Title: Workday HCM Analyst (Core HCM & Security)

Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must be in EST Time Zone)

Contract: 6-Month Contract

Start Date: April 27, 2026

Hours: 40 hours/week | Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $60 – $62/hr

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Analyst specializing in Core HCM, Security, and Integrations to support ongoing optimization, enhancements, and maintenance of our Workday platform. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring system alignment with organizational needs and compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM, Security configuration, and Integrations.
  • Recommend best practices and solutions for the HCM module.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Workday Core HCM setups.
  • Design and maintain Workday Security roles, domains, and business process access to ensure proper data protection and compliance.
  • Understand and apply Workday Business Process Framework, Domain Security Policies, and User-based Security groups.
  • Troubleshoot existing integrations and build new integrations using Studio and Orchestration.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Configure, test, and deploy solutions independently.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements.
  • Document configuration, processes, and best practices for audits and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide guidance and training to end users and HRIS team members.
  • Participate in Workday projects, including new module implementations and optimization initiatives.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of Workday HCM experience, including Security configuration and Integrations.
  • Deep understanding of Workday Core HCM and Security roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Orchestration for integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework and Security Groups.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize Workday configurations.
    Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    Certifications:
  • Workday Pro Certification in Core HCM and Security (current or past).
    Preferred:
  • Experience with Workday Security beyond core HCM.
  • Prior exposure to Workday module implementations and optimization initiatives.
