Your Role at arenaflex
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative solutions to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy

- Aim to resolve issues on the first contact by being proactive and thorough in your approach
- Communicate clearly and appropriately with customers across various communication channels
- Calmly and professionally resolve and de-escalate any issues or complaints that arise
- Escalate interactions to appropriate supervisors or departments when necessary and appropriate
- Track all call-related information accurately for auditing, reporting, and quality improvement purposes
- Provide constructive feedback on call issues to help improve processes and customer experience
- Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional services when suitable and beneficial for customers

Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision
- At least 6 months of previous customer service experience (preferred but not required – we train the right candidates!)
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Comfortable and proficient with desktop computer systems and software
- Proven oral and written communication skills – you should be able to articulate clearly and professionally
- Strong logical problem-solving skills – you enjoy finding solutions to challenges
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems and various software applications
- Excellent organization and work prioritization skills – you can manage your time effectively
Work From Home Requirements:
