About This Opportunity
We're currently seeking talented Customer Experience Associates (CXA) to join our remote team and help us deliver the exceptional "Cinderella Experience" that has become synonymous with the arenaflex brand. In this role, you'll act as a subject matter expert, providing empathetic, detail-oriented solutions to our customers across multiple communication channels. You'll be trained and positioned for optimal effectiveness, with comprehensive preparation to ensure you're ready to represent our brand with confidence and expertise.
This is a part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week. We operate in a seasonal business, so flexibility is key. Depending on business needs, your weekly hours may range between 15-29 hours. We value associates who can adapt to these seasonal fluctuations and remain committed to delivering outstanding service regardless of volume.
Training Requirements
All new hires must complete our comprehensive 4-week virtual training program. Training runs Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST. This intensive period includes orientation, product education, system training, and soft skills development. Upon completion, you'll be required to pass an assessment to verify your knowledge and readiness. After successfully completing training, you'll begin your scheduled part-time shifts.
Available Shift Times
We have several shift options available to accommodate different schedules:
- Saturday through Tuesday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST
- Sunday through Wednesday (Sunday 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM & Monday-Wednesday 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM EST)
- Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST
- Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM EST
- Wednesday through Saturday (Wednesday-Friday 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM & Saturday 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST)
Work Location Requirements
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside as permanent residents in one of the following states (international remote work is prohibited): Massachusetts, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, or Kansas.
Compensation
The starting pay rate for this position varies by work location and is non-negotiable:
- $16.00/hour: Massachusetts, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, Virginia, Florida
- $14.50/hour: Tennessee, Kansas
arenaflex provides all necessary equipment including a laptop and headset. You will need to provide high-speed internet access from a cable or fiber provider with a minimum 10Mbps connection.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our customer relationships. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Exceptional Service: Provide world-class customer service across multiple channels including live chat, phone, SMS, and email. Your goal is to develop lasting relationships that make customers feel valued and understood.
- Brand Advocacy: Serve as a proud ambassador of arenaflex, consistently championing our core values and mission to democratize fashion. Every interaction is an opportunity to showcase what makes arenaflex special.
- Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all arenaflex products, including fit information, styles, and inventory availability. Stay current on new arrivals and trending styles to provide informed recommendations.
- Personalized Styling Assistance: Help customers find styles that perfectly match their individual preferences and event needs. Listen actively to understand their vision and suggest options they'll love.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect. Listen attentively to problems, show genuine empathy, and offer creative resolutions that align with company policies.
- Performance Excellence: Deliver personalized service while meeting both quality and productivity goals. Strive for excellence in every interaction while maintaining efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Share customer feedback and insights with team members and leadership to help continuously improve and evolve the customer experience.

Requirements and Technical Specifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency with G Suite, Google Chrome Browser, Slack, Zoom, and similar platforms
- High-speed internet access (cable or fiber provider, minimum 10Mbps)
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal distractions
