As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our clients and their members. Your role will involve:

  • Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries.

  • A minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.
  • Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
  • A typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
  • A hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
  • A secure, private work area at home.
