About the Role: Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator - Specialty Servicing
As a Customer Service Coordinator in our Specialty Servicing department, you'll play a critical role in managing complex customer accounts and providing specialized support that goes beyond standard inquiries. You'll be working with customers who need tailored solutions, helping them navigate their financial challenges with patience, expertise, and genuine care.
This is a fully remote position, meaning you can work from your home office while still being an integral part of the arenaflex team. You'll have access to all the resources and support you need to deliver outstanding service, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our Specialty Servicing team, you will be responsible for:
- Handling escalated and complex customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Work From Home Requirements
As a remote employee, you'll be responsible for maintaining a professional home office environment that supports your success. Please ensure you meet the following requirements:
- A secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions
- A reliable private internet connection (cable or fiber preferred)
- Internet download speeds of at least 5 Mbps (10+ Mbps preferred)
- Sustained ability to maintain latency less than 250 ms in voice calls
- Hardwired connectivity preferred; wireless must be private (non-public) and password protected through WPA2-PSK (AES) encryption
- A private, password-protected network where you have ownership or line of sight to every device
- Sufficient reliable internet service (not cellular data or hot spot)
Note: arenaflex reserves the right to request proof of internet provider, speed, and service package. Requirements are subject to change as new systems and technology are implemented, with sixty (60) days notice provided.

- An additional 5% applies to positions in Las Vegas, NV and Wilmington, DE
