- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation shared across the team
- Recommend and help develop policies and procedures related to Windows infrastructure and M365 services
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for systems, configurations, and processes
- Collaborate across IT and with university departments to deliver solutions and resolve escalations

- Genuine interest in knowledge sharing and team-oriented work
- Commitment to inclusive, respectful service across a diverse university community
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or similar concentration
- Experience with SCCM endpoint management
- Knowledge of databases and database management
