As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - CX Solutions, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, both verbally and in writing
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • *Key Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable private internet connection (not supplied via cellular data or hotspot)
  • A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • ISP download speeds on VPN of at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
  • *Work from Home Requirements**

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - CX Solutions, you'll be required to work from home and meet the following requirements:

  • 100% work from home
  • Unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories
  • Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California
