About the Role
This is a dispatch-first role with added responsibility. The primary focus is coordinating technicians, managing schedules, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. In addition to dispatching, this role supports inspections and special projects, making it a great fit for someone who likes staying close to the action and contributing beyond the basics.
Weekend coverage is critical to our success, so we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think on their feet, and knows how to keep technicians productive while delivering a 5-star customer experience.
Job Duties
Dispatch and coordinate technicians based on call priority, location, and skill set
Build, manage, and adjust technician schedules in real time
Debrief technicians and monitor workflow throughout the day
Communicate clearly and proactively with customers regarding appointment updates and schedule changes
Track technician performance and support operational goals
Assist with inspections, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up
Support special projects related to operations, scheduling improvements, and workflow efficiency
Partner with leadership to keep the dispatch function operating at a high level
Help manage weekend demand and ensure technicians are set up for success
Our Ideal Candidate
ServiceTitan experience is required
Home services industry experience is strongly preferred
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume dispatch environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
Able to multitask and shift priorities quickly
Delivers a consistent 5-star customer experience
Empathetic, upbeat, and professional with customers and technicians
Confident under pressure and able to hold firm when needed
Driven, dependable, and takes ownership of outcomes
Able to work the Friday-Tuesday schedule from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
What You Need
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of dispatch experience, preferably in a technician-based environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
ServiceTitan experience required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
