Essential Job Duties:



  • Meets / exceeds defined sales budget

  • Manages, sustains, and grows relationships and profitable sales with national accounts, including self-pour customers.

  • Support customers in proper design, installation and troubleshooting of dispense systems

  • Leverage strong technical understanding of dispense systems to identify and propose solutions.

  • Support customer installation and troubleshooting through direct involvement and management of local installers.

  • Provide a high level of customer service internally and

  • Collaborate internally with Micro Matic team members to support key strategic opportunities, including self-pour and overall innovative beverage dispense solutions.

  • Able and willing to provide routine reporting (quantitative & qualitative) on the status of all critical business opportunities and factors impacting budget.

  • Identify new and emerging national accounts

  • Able and willing to utilize ERP / CRM IT systems (I.e. Power BI business cloud software) for reporting data and analytics.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned
