As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, emails, and voice mails, providing exceptional service, and troubleshooting technical issues. As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshooting 1st-level technical issues via inbound calls and/or voice mails, emails, and alerts.
- Providing clear and concise communications and following up with customers on company schedules, requested lead, and delivery times.
- Working with the Tier 2 team to seamlessly pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Tracking, routing, and escalating unresolved issues to management.
- Remaining current on constant process updates and technology used within the company.
- Performing duties with awareness and in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
