  • *Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Innovation Office team in various projects across different groups, including Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Services, and People and Finance. You'll work closely with business clients to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop quality technical solutions. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Work with business clients to conduct requirements analysis related to systems and business processes to develop quality technical solutions
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and conform to departmental guidelines
  • Manage project timelines for planning, coding, testing, and execution to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
  • Act as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and Innovation teams
  • Participate in system and acceptance testing
  • Scope of work may vary depending on the project group
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business administration, information technology)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred
  • Essential knowledge of technical environment required
  • Openness to Agile methodologies is preferred
  • Essential understanding of project management procedures
  • Critical thinking and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines
  • Past investigator internship experience within the past year is preferred
  • Experience resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition is preferred
