We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Travel Coordinator to join our team. As a Virtual Travel Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and booking travel arrangements, as well as providing administrative support for all aspects of corporate travel.   • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Virtual Travel Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Corresponding with potential clients to calculate travel needs, preferences, and required finances
  • Tailoring marketing materials to appeal to clients via social media platforms, bulletin boards, and flyers
  • Advising travel destinations based on weather, culture, excursions/activities, and visa requirements
  • Booking travel appointments, collecting fees and associated dues, and obtaining required documentation from clients
  • Retaining professional relations with all travel suppliers, clients, and trip operators
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and supplier information
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • *Qualifications & Skills**

To be successful as a Virtual Travel Coordinator, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Strong experience and understanding of all social media platforms, as well as Zoom and Google Suite
  • Focused on accuracy and possessing exceptional organizational abilities
  • Possess a strong capacity for solving problems and ability to interact effectively with colleagues
  • Able to quickly learn and utilize diverse computer software programs, with experience working with a broad range of applications (preferred)
  • Highly-developed aptitude for multitasking and efficient task prioritization
  • 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Experience working as a travel agent (preferred)
  • Laptop/Smartphone & Internet Access (required)
