Product Analyst

Zoro.com is a leading eCommerce platform offering nearly 12 million tools, parts, and supplies for business customers. As a Product Analyst, you will partner with product teams to provide data-driven insights to improve customer experience and support decision-making through analysis of product metrics and user behavior.

Responsibilities

• Support the tracking and analysis of key product metrics, user funnels, and behaviors to evaluate performance
• Assist in translating business questions into structured analytical tasks, with guidance from product managers and senior team members
• Support the execution and analysis of A/B tests and experiments using established tools and methodologies
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports based on defined requirements
• Identify basic trends and patterns in data and contribute to broader team analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support product initiatives, following established frameworks and guidance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 1-3 years of experience with SQL and relational databases
• Understanding of key product metrics, user funnels, and performance drivers
• Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor insights to your audience
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, or automation
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
• Experience using AI tools for exploratory data analysis and automation
