  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Virtual Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining full knowledge of the IT department structure, including the leaders who oversee each team
  • Sorting, scanning, and distributing mail and internal correspondences throughout the arenaflex campus and satellite locations
  • Managing postage, mail accounts, and incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensuring office supplies and all common areas are stocked, clean, and organized
  • Setting up IT meetings and removing setup once the meeting convenes
  • Creating and replacing ID badges for IT employees
  • Supporting coverage of the reception desk, including answering phones, directing visitors, issuing and deactivating employee and visitor badges
  • Performing all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
  • Complying with arenaflex privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information
  • Other duties as assigned

  • *Education and Experience**
  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
  • *Physical Requirements**
  • Work is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone, and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties
  • Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand, and move from one area to another
  • Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse
  • Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift, and move up to 25 lbs
