As a Client Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll work one-on-one with clients to explain the features of our insurance products, handling phone and email inquiries with ease and professionalism. This is not a call center environment; instead, you'll be working in a personalized setting where every interaction matters.

• *Primary Responsibilities**

• Handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers with a friendly, patient, and empathetic tone
• Preparing well-written responses to customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Processing insurance quotes, coordinating underwriting, and assembling insurance certificates digitally

• Utilizing Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook) to manage customer interactions and data
