Virtual General Education Teacher - Kansas

A teaching opportunity is available for a versatile educator with expertise in both general and special education through telehealth platforms. This position is designed for educators skilled in delivering instruction to diverse learners using virtual and in-person methods.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide instruction tailored to students in general education and special education settings, utilizing telehealth technology where appropriate
• Design and implement differentiated lesson plans that accommodate gifted learners as well as students with special needs
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting instructional strategies to meet individual learning goals
• Collaborate with education staff to support a comprehensive learning experience for all students
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and administration

Qualifications:
• Valid teaching certification with experience in special education and gifted education
• Proficient in telehealth delivery and virtual teaching tools
• Strong understanding of educational best practices for diverse student populations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in both virtual and onsite environments
