About the role

We're looking for a forward-thinking, tech-savvy, and efficient Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our care team. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of MoldCo and help modernize care for Mold Related Illness. You’ll play a central role in delivering specialized care to patients in our launch states and, soon, across the country. Your clinical insight will help refine our guidelines and accelerate innovation across our telehealth products and platforms.

What you'll do

Provide virtual care through video visits and asynchronous messaging, following MoldCo’s clinical guidelines and evidence-based protocols
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including symptom reviews, medical history, and environmental factors
Order labs and prescribe medications when clinically indicated
Educate patients on mold-related health impacts and guide them through diagnostic and treatment pathways using MoldCo’s platform resources
Contribute to ongoing development of protocols and digital health tools

Qualifications

Must-haves:

APRN certification from an accredited program
An active APRN license in at least 15 states, in good standing
Experience in early-stage or fast-paced environments
Ability to manage high-volume patient communications
Proficiency with telehealth and digital platforms
Comfort adopting new technologies and operating in a rapid-growth setting
Minimum 3,600 hours of in-person clinical experience under physician supervision
Strong virtual communication skills and the ability to build rapport remotely
Confidence delivering telehealth care and digital follow-up

Bonus points:

Training or certification in Mold Illness diagnosis and treatment
NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact) licensure
APRN licensure across all 50 states
Prescriptive authority in your licensed states
Prior experience treating Mold Illness
