About the Role


We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor to support our social media team by transforming raw footage into polished, engaging content across multiple platforms.


This is a post-production-focused role—you’ll be responsible for editing long-form YouTube videos, podcast episodes, and short-form social clips, ensuring all content aligns with our brand style and is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities



  • Edit long-form YouTube videos (recipes, podcasts, and branded content) from provided footage

  • Cut long-form content into engaging 60-second short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

  • Create 3–4 short-form clips per recipe video, optimized for engagement and vertical platforms

  • Edit full podcast episodes (both video and audio formats)

  • Produce 3–4 short-form clips per podcast episode for social distribution

  • Add subtitles/captions to all short-form content

  • Incorporate clear CTAs (e.g., subscribe, follow) into long-form videos

  • Ensure all edits align with brand tone, style, and pacing

  • Manage file workflows via Dropbox, keeping projects organized and easy to access

  • Deliver all final assets on time and consistently




✅ What We’re Looking For



  • Strong video editing skills across both long-form and short-form content

  • Ability to tell compelling stories and maintain viewer engagement

  • Experience editing for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and podcasts

  • Strong attention to detail (pacing, audio quality, visual consistency)

  • Ability to follow and maintain brand guidelines

  • Reliable turnaround times and clear communication




Work Schedule



  • Monday to Friday

  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST




Tools & Workflow



  • Files provided and delivered via Dropbox

  • Final outputs must be organized, labeled, and ready for publishing
