Learn more at www.confiemx.com SEM Manager Will plan, execute, Job Responsibilities • Manage search campaigns across platforms such as Google • Execute advanced optimization tactics and modern campaign Optimization, Performance Max (PMax), AI Mode, and others. • Manage SEM campaigns of $100k /week+, and ensure campaigns budget while achieving optimal results. • Act as the primary client-facing expert, presenting progress, and new business growth opportunities directly to DP-RH-001-Rev 0 • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign other stakeholders. Leverage advanced MS Excel techniques to performance data and create clear, actionable summaries. • Analyze performance data to track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, thinking to diagnose performance shifts beyond surface-level • Implement projects to optimize KPIs. • Optimize ad copy and messaging and improve Relevancy and • Bridge the gap between paid and organic growth by actively (our second most critical channel) and integrating paid • Support and guide a team of SEM Specialists. • Stay updated with the latest SEM trends, tools, and best relevant to the insurance industry

As a hands-on leader, you will oversee key client accounts across insurance and
other competitive lead-generation verticals, ensuring our omnichannel
