What You'll Do

As a Veterinary Pharmacy Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in connecting pet parents with the medications and care their beloved animals need. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Communicating directly with veterinary clinics to coordinate prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests.

  • Conducting thorough research and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for clients and clinic partners, following up as needed to ensure complete resolution.

  • Accurately entering prescription data into our proprietary healthcare software systems.

  • Maintaining high-quality standards through precise data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders.

  • Demonstrating patience, active listening, empathy, and kindness when interacting with clients and partner clinics.

  • Embracing a willingness to learn and grow—we encourage feedback, share insights, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (and other channels as needed) using our internal programs and systems to investigate solutions and document clinic note accounts.

  • Handling a significant portion of your day on outbound veterinary facility and client telephone contacts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information at all times.

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and active listening).
