Treasury Analyst

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review activities of US and Int’l bank accounts
  • Prepare files for uploads to bank
  • Complete bank requested information including KYC
  • Prepared monthly account reconciliation
  • Complete forms as requested by clients and third parties
  • Prepare weekly cash flow report, or support the preparation of such.
  • Update daily transaction reports
  • Review alerts from banks

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 – 5 years previous related experience in treasury
  • Transactional processing ability and the desire to develop to more challenging tasks

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: B.A or A.A degree (or equivalent) in accounting

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal):

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Strong Basic Excel, Outlook, and accurate fast data entry skills. ERP system experience, a plus.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: None

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Minimal (less than 5%)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Office or home office based role with associated lifting of minimal equipment, sitting / standing, repetitive actions.
