What the Role Delivers
We are seeking a Global Finance Director � Operations to lead finance for our Integrated Supply Units (ISUs) and outsourced manufacturing network.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role partnering directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and global operations teams to drive cost performance, improve visibility, and strengthen decision-making across our supply chain.
You will play a key role in building consistency in global standard costing, improving site-level performance, and driving profitability across products and channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance partner to the COO and global operations leadership
- Lead and standardize global standard costing across all sites and regions
- Own site-level (plant) profitability across Integrated Supply Units globally
- Establish and lead a Monthly Operating Review (MOR) cadence with site leadership
- Drive plant-level accountability through KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking
- Lead detailed variance analysis, including:
- Purchase price (PPV)
- Material usage and yield
- Labor efficiency
- Volume / absorption
- Non-site / allocated costs
- Translate financial results into clear insights and actionable improvements
- Partner with operations to improve cost, efficiency, and yield performance
- Analyze and improve product and channel profitability
- Support planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives including network optimization and outsourcing
- Improve reporting, dashboards, and data visibility (SAP, Power BI, etc.)

What the Job Requires
- Bachelor�s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred)
- 12+ years of finance experience, including significant time supporting operations or supply chain
- Strong experience with standard costing and manufacturing finance
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment
- Comfortable working directly with senior leaders, including the COO
