Role Summary


The Traveler Success Specialist plays a key role in delivering a seamless experience for travel clinicians by supporting payroll inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation, and partnering closely with recruiting and operations teams.


This role blends customer support, operational coordination, and payroll/billing assistance, requiring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience.


Works Closely With


Recruiters, Recruitment Leaders, Payroll, Accounting, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure accurate pay, compliant submissions, and a strong clinician experience.


Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinician payroll inquiries, including pay, stipends, deductions, and pay statements

  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and billing discrepancies in partnership with internal teams

  • Perform payroll and billing corrections while managing critical deadlines

  • Support recruiting teams by preparing submission-ready resumes and ensuring candidate profiles meet client requirements

  • Audit candidate documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

  • Manage inbound communication across chat, phone, and messaging platforms

  • Provide professional, empathetic support and de-escalate sensitive situations when needed

  • Assist with lead engagement efforts and route qualified candidates to recruiting teams

  • Maintain accurate documentation across systems and ensure compliance standards are met

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the overall traveler experience

Required Qualifications



  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience supporting payroll, billing, or financial inquiries

  • Experience in staffing, healthcare staffing, or recruiting operations

  • Experience with UKG, CRM systems, or customer communication platforms
