We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of remote workers. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media. You'll be the face of our brand, and your ability to resolve complex issues, think critically, and communicate effectively will make all the difference.
- *Responsibilities**
- Respond accurately, promptly, and effectively to all forms of customer communication, including phones, emails, and social media.
- Resolve difficult and sensitive customer issues in an objective and timely manner, using problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Communicate with Regional Vice Presidents, District Managers, Store Managers, and Home Office personnel to resolve problems and answer questions.
- Document customer and store information into our call tracking system.
- Promote a positive arenaflex image to support customer service objectives and mission statement.
- Compose personal replies to customer letters and/or emails and maintain assigned reports.
- Update customer addresses for the Loyalty Program and adjust reward points as needed.
- Make sound judgment calls that align with the brand, escalation, and customer service policies for social media customer-related issues.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and capable of moderating a high volume of inbound content.
- *Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of retail customer service or call center experience and proven conflict management skills.
- Flexible mindset, oriented towards conflict resolution.
- Strong listening skills.
- Ability to prioritize work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PC knowledge.
- Typing skills.
- Reliable internet access at home (cable internet provider required).
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
