Role: Training Specialist / Instructional Designer

Supporting: Large Financial Services Client

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Assignment Type: Contract Only

Duration: ~6 months

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate existing training content and align it to business priorities
Audit vendor-provided materials and map to internal standards
Identify gaps and enhance programs to drive targeted behavior change
Design and build training modules and structured learning content
Develop rollout plans across multiple phases and stakeholders
Conduct baseline testing and support program launch execution
Coordinate communications, assignments, and training logistics
Measure training effectiveness through surveys, analysis, and reporting
Track trends and continuously improve training outcomes

Qualifications:

1–10 years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or related field
Experience supporting cybersecurity awareness, human risk, or behavior-based training programs
Strong background in learning design and behavior change strategies
Ability to align training initiatives to business goals and risk outcomes
Experience evaluating content and measuring training effectiveness
Strong communication, organization, and program execution skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $50.00 and $64.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
