Training Specialist I

Yardi is a pioneer in the property tech industry, creating innovative software solutions for real estate. They are seeking a Training Specialist I to conduct engaging training sessions for employees and clients, focusing on their Senior Living products and ensuring effective learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product and software training sessions using a variety of instructional formats (e.g., webinars, in-person workshops, and virtual courses)
• Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned Yardi software products
• Create and execute training plans that align with project goals and user needs
• Teach users how to navigate the software, utilize key features, and apply troubleshooting techniques
• Continuously refine training content to ensure clarity, effectiveness, and alignment with software updates

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to positively and effectively interact with others and the ability to teach and coach others
• People focused, with the ability to build rapport
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong decision-making and organization skills
• Knowledge of multimedia training platforms and methods
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Prior relevant industry, field, or software experience
