Territory Account Associate

This role is will be covering a multi-state region in the South Central U.S., to include Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and/or Arkansas.
Weinbrenner Shoe Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Territory Account Associate to support territory sales operations and build strong customer relationships. This role partners closely with a Territory Account Manager to execute sales strategies, manage customer interactions, and ensure effective territory performance.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in territory management while contributing to sales success and developing the skills needed for future growth and expanded responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with assigned Territory Account Manager(s) and internal teams through consistent communication, strategic planning, and field coordination.
- Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and attend national and regional trade shows, customer events, and industry functions as needed.
- Support distributor relationships by maintaining strong product knowledge and ensuring accurate representation of all product lines, promotions, and programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, prospects, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Assist with account management activities including order support, pricing coordination, promotional execution, and issue resolution.
- Execute sales initiatives, promotional programs, and territory plans to achieve individual and company sales goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions, opportunities, and territory activity using CRM and cloud-based systems.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Prior experience in sales, account support, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
