About the Role: Weekend Customer Care Specialist

We're seeking talented individuals to fill our Weekend Customer Care Specialist positions, working a unique 4-day schedule that includes weekend shifts plus two weekday shifts. This role is perfect for those who want a condensed work week while maintaining flexibility in their daily schedule. As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the voice and face of our company, interacting with customers through multiple channels including phone, live chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for:


  • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Professionally handle customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and leaves a lasting positive impression.

  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our lighting products, including residential fixtures, commercial lighting solutions, smart home integrations, and energy-efficient options, to provide accurate recommendations and guidance.

  • Order Processing: Efficiently process orders, handle modifications, address billing inquiries, and coordinate with our fulfillment team to ensure seamless customer experiences from order to delivery.

  • Problem Resolution: Utilize strong critical thinking skills to resolve customer concerns, handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, and turn potentially negative situations into opportunities for building customer loyalty.

  • Product Recommendations: Help customers find the perfect lighting solutions by understanding their needs, preferences, and application requirements, suggesting appropriate products from our extensive catalog.

  • Sales Support: Identify opportunities to enhance customer orders through suggestive selling and upselling when appropriate, contributing to both customer satisfaction and company growth.

  • Documentation & Feedback: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system, flag recurring issues, and provide valuable feedback to help improve our products and processes.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with new product launches, company policies, industry trends, and best practices in customer service to consistently deliver top-tier support.

Schedule Details

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we've designed a schedule that maximizes your time while ensuring our customers receive the excellent service they deserve. The schedule for this position includes:


  • Saturday: 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM Eastern Time

  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM Eastern Time

  • Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time

  • Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time

This condensed 4-day work week provides you with three full days off each week, offering exceptional flexibility for personal commitments, hobbies, family time, or additional pursuits. All shifts are 10 hours, totaling a 40-hour work week with overtime eligibility when available.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Performance Increase: $1.00 per hour raise following the 60-day provisional period
