PEG's client, a nationally recognized car rental company, is seeking a Temporary Call Center Representative to support their team. This fully remote opportunity is approved for a 60-day contract and is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Take incoming calls from drivers, clients, and vendors regarding collision and glass claims
- Provide clear, accurate information while delivering a high level of customer service
- Document claim details and interactions thoroughly and efficiently
- Complete a small amount of assigned administrative work during off-queue hours
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Qualifications:
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive or claim-related conversations
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Must provide your own computer/laptop suitable for remote work
- Schedule & Work Environment:
- Monday through Friday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
- Fully remote
