As an inventive and sales-minded professional, we are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency.  <br><br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> </div><ul> <li>Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.</li> <li>Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.</li> <li>Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.</li> <li>Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.</li> <li>Provide initial information to potential customers and answer basic questions about insurance options.</li> <li>Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.</li> <li>Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.</li> <li>Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.</li> </ul><div><strong>QUALIFICATIONS: </strong></div><ul> <li>Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.</li> <li>Communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.</li> <li>Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.</li> <li>Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.</li> <li>Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.</li> <li>Professional and courteous telephone manner.</li> <li>Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.</li> <li>Existing P&C and L&H insurance licenses. </li> </ul> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
