Telehealth Startup Consultant — Help Me Build a Virtual Healthcare Platform from the Ground Up - Contract to Hire

I'm the founder of a telehealth startup in North Carolina currently in early stages. I'm looking for an experienced consultant who has actually built or scaled a telehealth platform before to help guide me through launch.

Someone with hands-on experience in one or more of these areas. Former telehealth operator, clinical ops lead, or healthcare startup advisor preferred. I am not looking for theoretical knowledge — I need someone who has done this.
