The Technology Analyst, Level 1 role involves providing technical support to customers using the DCM FLEX e-Commerce platform and managing ongoing account maintenance and support activities.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver Level 1 technical support and user training to clients on our DCM FLEX e-Commerce platform via phone and email
  • Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely, professional manner
  • Configure and maintain online user profiles and customer catalogues

Skills

  • Post secondary school degree or diploma, with 1+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting abilities
  • Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite products
