What You'll Do

As our Technical Lead Manager for Threat Intelligence, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of significant knowledge to every client's security or functional conditions to drive navigation and specific action. Your role extends beyond traditional management—you will act as a trusted advisor and conduit to our extensive network of cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and incident response experts.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Threat Intelligence Leadership: Direct the creation, implementation, and refinement of threat intelligence programs that align with client security objectives and operational requirements.

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their unique security challenges and delivering tailored intelligence solutions that address their specific needs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of threat intelligence capabilities across Identify, Secure, Respond, and Recover functional areas.

  • Stakeholder Management: Lead, present, and report to diverse audiences including C-suite executives, technical teams, and operational staff, translating complex threat data into actionable strategic recommendations.

  • Team Development: Mentor and coach new Threat Intelligence team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

  • Intelligence Analysis: Correlate raw intelligence from sensors, incident response engagements, and various sources into comprehensive reports and briefings for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strategy Development: Take complex, ambiguous topics and translate them into clear strategies that influence stakeholders and drive organizational security improvements.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated experience in Threat Intelligence roles within client-facing environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

  • Deep expertise in CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence) methodologies and applications, with practical experience in at least one of the following functional areas: Identify, Secure, Respond, or Recover.

  • Strong background in stakeholder management, including leading presentations and reporting to diverse audiences up to and including executive leadership.

  • Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance with polygraph—this is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Advanced experience in the utilization, processing, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within operational environments, supporting monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.

  • Comprehensive understanding of CTI methodologies and application concepts, with the ability to advise and mentor emerging CTI professionals.

  • Exceptional ability to correlate raw intelligence from multiple sources—including sensors, incident response engagements, and threat feeds—into polished reports and executive briefings.

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven capability to navigate ambiguous situations, develop strategic approaches, and effectively influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.

  • Excellent collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments while maintaining composure and delivering quality results.

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$234,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
