We are looking for a Marketing Talent Acquisition Lead to build and lead recruitment efforts focused on hiring top marketing talent. This role will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, leading a dedicated hiring team, and ensuring the successful attraction and hiring of high-performing marketing professionals.

Responsibilities



  • Lead and develop a recruitment team focused on hiring for marketing roles across multiple functions

  • Own and improve the end-to-end hiring process for marketing positions (pipeline strategy, sourcing effectiveness, hiring quality)

  • Partner closely with Marketing leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

  • Ensure high quality of hire aligned with business and marketing performance goals

  • Mentor, coach, and support recruiters specializing in marketing talent acquisition

  • Build scalable sourcing strategies for key marketing roles (Performance Marketing, Growth, Brand, Content, CRM, Analytics, etc.)

  • Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels based on data insights

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives targeting marketing professionals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Marketing and Fintech industries


 


Requirements



  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including hiring for marketing roles

  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring marketing specialists (Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Content, etc.)

  • Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset

  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills

  • Client-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions

  • Self-starter with high motivation and adaptability

  • Ability to work in ambiguity and manage changing priorities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on continuous improvement

  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
